1. Service Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Advance payments made for services are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future bookings (subject to availability).

No refunds will be issued for missed or same-day cancellations.
2. Courses & Training

Course fees are non-refundable once the enrollment is confirmed.

If a student is unable to attend, fees may be adjusted towards future batches (with prior approval).

Certification will only be issued upon full fee payment and successful completion of the course.
3. Products & Cosmetics

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products once purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

The service was not provided due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

The course batch was canceled or rescheduled by the academy.
