At Sana Luxury Studio & Academy, we strive to provide the best services and training. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking or enrolling.

1. Service Appointments

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Advance payments made for services are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future bookings (subject to availability).

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or same-day cancellations.

2. Courses & Training

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the enrollment is confirmed.

  • If a student is unable to attend, fees may be adjusted towards future batches (with prior approval).

  • Certification will only be issued upon full fee payment and successful completion of the course.

3. Products & Cosmetics

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products once purchased cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

  • The service was not provided due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

  • The course batch was canceled or rescheduled by the academy.

5. Policy Updates

  • Sana Luxury Studio & Academy reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
